Warnings
Four warning levels, each shown with the facts behind it, and the exact rules stage 2 cards use.
A warning is always shown with the facts behind it and the right to appeal. There are four levels. None of them is a total score.
- Little history. A new address with few facts. This level says nothing bad about the wallet.
- Warning signs. Set by the rules, with the facts listed.
- High risk. Set by the rules only under strict open rules with clear proof on chain, such as liquidity pulled or the creator selling right after launch.
- Confirmed fraud. Only after review by the PoE council. At the start the council is Noventia. The owner is told first and can answer first.
A complaint never switches on a label by itself. It opens a case.
Rules on stage 2 cards
These are the rules of card rules version 2. The terms are defined in Card facts; N and X are in Thresholds.
- Level 3, high risk: at least one launch with a liquidity pull by the creator within N hours of launch, or first day dumps in at least 2 launches.
- Level 2, warning signs: exactly one first day dump, or any launch where the creator moved out at least X% of their own allocation on day one.
- Level 1, little history: a wallet younger than 90 days or with fewer than 3 launches, and no level 2 or 3 facts.
One event never makes level 3, except a liquidity pull, which is the clearest proof on chain.
Appeals
Every high risk card says “The owner can appeal to the PoE council”. Cases and appeals are planned for stage 5. Until then, appeals go to support@noventia.app.
