Data sources and adapters

Every data source is an adapter that only emits facts with proofs. Today there is one, for Solana.

Updated · Edit history

An adapter reads one source and emits facts with proofs, nothing else. Adding a source means adding an adapter and a rule pack. The core types never change for a new source.

The Solana adapter

The only adapter today. It uses free data sources:

Source What it reads Account
Helius Parsed Events, free plan The wallet’s full transaction history, 100 transactions per page, 10 credits per page API key, kept in an environment variable
Standard Solana RPC through Helius getSignaturesForAddress, to cross-check which transactions touched the wallet’s token accounts Same key
DexScreener public API The pools of a launched token, so the newest swap can be found None

Helius returns failed transactions too, so the adapter checks the status of every transaction.

Paid Helius endpoints, such as transfers by address and the funding source of a wallet, are used only after a paid plan is bought. The adapter keeps the source behind one interface, so switching changes no rule.

Read limits

The collector stops with an error instead of making a partial card when a limit is reached.

Limit Value
Pages of wallet history 2,000 (at most 20,000 credits)
Pools checked per launched token 5, most liquid first
Pages read per pool 5
Gap between requests to Helius 600 ms
Gap between requests to DexScreener 1,100 ms
Retries after a rate limit 5, two seconds apart

Other adapters

Other chains (EVM, Cardano), exchanges through read only keys, GitHub with consent and the Noventia app itself each get their own adapter. None is built yet and no stage is set for them.
