How to read a passport card

A card is one page of a passport, made from the public Solana history of one wallet whose owner made it public. Every number on it rests on transactions anyone can open on Solscan.

Example passport card in the high risk variant. Example wallet, illustrative data. A High risk stamp. Holder: Token deployer. On Solana since 28 August 2026. Tokens launched: 5, 1 alive. Liquidity pulled: 2 launches. Sold on day one: 2 of 5 launches. Moved out on day one: never. Longest hold: 1 month. The owner can appeal to the PoE council.

The facts

On Solana since
The date of the wallet's earliest transaction.
Tokens launched
Tokens this wallet created. On Pump.fun, the wallet must be the creator named in the create instruction. For other tokens, it must be the first mint authority. Paying the fee alone does not count.
Alive
Launched tokens with at least one swap in the last 30 days.
Liquidity pulled
Launches where the creator removed liquidity within 72 hours of launch. Each launch counts once.
Sold on day one
Launches where the creator sold at least half of their own allocation within 24 hours. The own allocation is what they received in the launch transaction, the dev buy, plus anything minted to them in the first 24 hours. Every sale in those 24 hours counts, including tokens bought later.
Moved out on day one
Launches where the creator sent at least half of their own allocation to other wallets within 24 hours. This is never counted as a sale.
No dev buy
A launch without an own allocation is left out of both day one facts, and the card says so.
Longest hold
The longest time the creator held one of their own tokens without selling it all. "All" means the balance fell below 1% of its peak.
Funding
Not shown. It needs a paid data plan.

The exact definitions the engine uses are on Card facts.

Thresholds

A card uses 72 hours for a liquidity pull, half of the own allocation for the day one facts, 30 days for an alive token and 1% of the peak for a holding that ended. These thresholds were confirmed on 18 October 2026.

Every card records the rules version and the thresholds version it was made with, so an old card keeps the rules it was made with. See Thresholds and Rules versions.

Warning levels on a card

  1. Little history. A wallet younger than 90 days or with fewer than 3 launches, and nothing more serious.
  2. Warning signs. Sold on day one in exactly one launch, or moved out on day one in any launch.
  3. High risk. At least one launch with liquidity pulled within 72 hours, or sold on day one in at least 2 launches. One sale on day one is never enough.
  4. Confirmed fraud. Never set by a card. Only the PoE council can decide it.

See Warnings.

Stamps and the MRZ band

Each of the 3 most recent launches gets a stamp: "Liquidity pulled", "Alive" or "No swaps in 30 days". A wallet with no launches gets one stamp with the month of its first transaction. Token names never appear on a card.

The two lines at the bottom repeat the main facts in a fixed machine readable format. See MRZ format.

Known limits

  • Selling through a second wallet is not caught.
  • At this stage, transfers to exchanges count as moved out.
  • If a fact cannot be proven by a transaction, it is not on the card.

The owner of a wallet can appeal to the PoE council. Until the council opens at stage 5, appeals go to support@noventia.app. All limits are on Known limits.
