Noventia — Behavioral Evolution Protocol

v2.0-draft — March 2026 | This is a living document. Mechanisms described here are subject to change based on real-world data from the Noventia app.
Abstract

Abstract

Noventia is a behavioral evolution platform that transforms daily actions into measurable personal growth. Unlike habit trackers that count streaks or productivity apps that manage tasks, Noventia creates a structured system where consistent daily behavior builds identity, unlocks responsibility, and generates lasting value through the NUTY token economy.

The platform introduces Proof of Evolution (PoE) — a new way to measure how consistently someone is becoming a better version of themselves. Not through financial activity. Not through social status. Through real, daily behavioral change across every area of life.

This paper describes how Noventia works, why it exists, and where it’s going.

Status: v2.0-draft — March 2026
This is a living document. Mechanisms described here are subject to change based on real-world data from the Noventia app.
Chapter 1

The Problem

The self-improvement industry is massive — and mostly broken. Millions of people download habit apps, buy self-help books, and set ambitious goals every January. Almost none of it sticks.

Why? Because current solutions treat symptoms, not causes.

Habit trackers reduce behavior to checkboxes. Miss one day and the streak resets — punishing rather than encouraging. They measure whether you tapped a button, not whether you actually changed.

Productivity apps help you do more, not become better. They optimize task management but ignore personal growth entirely.

Wellness apps rely on motivational content and AI coaching. They treat lack of motivation as the problem. But the real problem is lack of structure.

Social fitness apps gamify engagement through likes and shares. The reward is social validation, not real behavioral change.

The core insight behind Noventia: real personal growth requires structure + consistency + measurement across ALL areas of life simultaneously. A person who exercises daily but neglects finances, or studies constantly but ignores relationships, is not evolving — they are compensating.

Chapter 2

The Solution

2.1 Ten Directions of Growth

Noventia organizes personal development into 10 Directions — areas of growth that together form a complete picture of behavioral evolution:

  1. Health — Physical wellbeing, exercise, nutrition, sleep
  2. Learning — Education, skill development, intellectual growth
  3. Finance — Money management, savings, financial literacy
  4. Relationships — Communication, social bonds, family
  5. Self-Discipline — Routines, willpower, time management
  6. Creativity — Artistic expression, innovation, problem-solving
  7. Environment — Sustainability, personal space, nature
  8. Charity — Volunteering, donations, community service
  9. Digital Hygiene — Screen time, online habits, digital wellness
  10. Social Impact — Advocacy, civic engagement, social contribution

Each direction has 4 focuses and users can activate up to 3 directions at a time, ensuring focused daily effort without overwhelm.

Task interaction types:

  • Reflections — open-ended text responses, analyzed for depth
  • Flash Tasks — quick action confirmations (tap to complete)
  • Scale Assessments — rate yourself on a 1–5 spectrum
  • Choice Tasks — select from behavioral options

2.2 Day Flow

Every day in Noventia follows a natural rhythm:

  • Morning → Set intentions, assess readiness, complete morning tasks
  • Day → Execute actions, check in on progress
  • Evening → Verify day challenges, reflect on completed actions

The day is a container, not a rigid schedule. Tasks can be completed at your own pace.

2.3 Difficulty Tiers

Easy — 1–30 minute micro-tasks. Available to everyone. 50 per direction, 500 total. Split by period: ~18 morning, ~17 day, ~15 evening. XP: 10, Stars: 1. Response type: ~60% action buttons, ~40% text reflection.

Medium — 12-hour day challenges. Shown in the morning, verified in the evening (yes/no). 10 per direction (3 quests × 3 days + 1 standalone), 100 total. XP: 15, Stars: 2. All require text response. Unlocked at Vanguard role.

Hard — 5-day quest missions with daily check-ins. 5 per direction (1 quest × 5 days), 50 total. XP: 25, Stars: 5 per check-in. Check-ins require minimum 20 characters. Unlocked at Ascendant role. Tiered completion rewards:

  • Perfect (5/5 days): 50 XP + 10 Stars
  • Great (4/5 days): 30 XP + 5 Stars
  • Good (3/5 days): 15 XP + 2 Stars
  • Below 3/5: no bonus

Total task pool: 650 unique tasks across all difficulties and directions.

2.4 Proof of Evolution (PoE)

PoE is Noventia’s core metric — a composite score from 0 to 100 that measures real behavioral evolution:

PoE = (Consistency × 0.35) + (Balance × 0.30) + (Progression × 0.20) + (Engagement × 0.15)

Consistency (35%) — How often you show up. Streak length (capped at 30 days for scoring), daily completion rate, regularity. Showing up every day at 70% beats sporadic perfect days. This carries the highest weight because behavioral science consistently shows frequency is the strongest predictor of lasting change.

Balance (30%) — How evenly you grow across all 10 directions. Measured as active directions out of 10. Scoring 90% in Health but 10% in Finance means you’re compensating, not evolving. Balance is weighted second because Noventia is fundamentally about whole-person growth.

Progression (20%) — How steadily you advance. Level progression (capped at level 30 for scoring), XP accumulation. Ensures sustained activity translates into measurable forward movement.

Engagement (15%) — How actively you participate each week. Tasks completed this week out of 35 possible (5 per day × 7 days). Captures current behavioral intensity.

PoE cannot be purchased, faked, or accelerated. It can only be earned through sustained daily action.

PoE Levels

Score RangeLevelDescription
0 – 19NewcomerJust getting started
20 – 39DevelopingBuilding patterns and habits
40 – 59ConsistentSteady, reliable engagement
60 – 79DedicatedSustained growth across dimensions
80 – 100EvolvedExceptional, balanced evolution

PoE is recalculated daily and saved to user profile with full breakdown history.

2.5 Why PoE Can’t Be Gamed

  • Temporal constraint — A 30-day streak requires 30 real days. No shortcuts.
  • Quality enforcement — Quick replies (<5 chars) get 80% XP. Skipped tasks get 50% XP.
  • Rate limiting — XP is capped at 150 per day. Flash tasks beyond 4th per day give 0 XP.
  • Balance enforcement — Max 60% of daily XP can come from one direction.
  • Check-in depth — Hard task check-ins require minimum 20 characters.
Chapter 3

Role System

3.1 Identity Roles

Roles in Noventia are earned through consistent behavioral proof — PoE score, level, and time in the app. Each unlocks real functionality:

RoleRequirementsWhat It Unlocks
NoventianRegistration (default)Easy tasks, basic analytics
VanguardPoE ≥ 35, Level ≥ 3, 14+ active daysMedium + Hard tasks, trends
AscendantPoE ≥ 60, Level ≥ 7, 45+ active daysPersonal goals, advanced analytics
LuminaryPoE ≥ 80, Level ≥ 15, 90+ active daysMentorship, governance, full access

Three requirements must be met simultaneously. This prevents anyone from gaming their way to a role through short bursts of intense activity.

Roles are not permanent. Because PoE reflects current behavioral state, you can lose your role if your consistency drops. This keeps you evolving, not resting.

3.2 Pioneer Program

The first 100 registered users become Pioneer candidates. To earn Pioneer status, candidates must complete 3 challenges within 14 days:

  1. Reach a best streak of 7+ days
  2. Complete 30+ tasks total
  3. Submit 1 support ticket or bug report

On success: permanent Pioneer status with a unique number (#1–#100). On failure: the slot opens for the next registration.

Pioneer is a meta-collection separate from identity roles — you hold your identity role (Noventian, Vanguard, etc.) AND Pioneer simultaneously. Pioneer provides a unique theme, badge, and dedicated token allocation from the User Rewards pool.

3.3 Special Roles

  • Steward — Community helpers manually appointed by the team. Moderators and support.
  • Plus — Premium subscription tier. Extended personalization and convenience.
  • Bound — Full premium experience with VIP access.

3.4 Earning Equality

A core principle: every user has equal earning opportunity. Premium subscriptions provide cosmetic benefits and convenience features — never earning advantages.

Chapter 4

Economy

4.1 Dual Currency

XP (Experience Points) — Earned through task completion. Daily cap: 150. Max level: 100. Drives level progression. Cannot be traded or transferred.

Stars — Earned through tasks, achievements, milestones, and referrals. Used for streak insurance and cosmetic items. Cannot be purchased with real money. Stars are the pre-token economy — they will transition to NUTY.

How Stars Are Earned

ActivityStars
Easy task completion1 Star
Medium task completion2 Stars
Hard task daily check-in5 Stars
Every 5th task per day1 bonus Star
Level-up bonus5 Stars
Hard task perfect (5/5)10 Stars
Hard task great (4/5)5 Stars
Referral signup bonus (invitee)5 Stars
Referral milestones (referrer)15–50 Stars

4.2 XP Mechanics

  • Standard XP per task: Easy 10, Medium 15, Hard 25
  • Skip penalty: 50% XP reduction
  • Quick reply penalty (<5 chars): 80% XP retention
  • Flash task limit: 4th+ flash task per day = 0 XP
  • Direction balance: max 60% of daily XP from one direction

4.3 Anti-Gaming Measures

  • XP daily cap (150) prevents grinding
  • PoE measures consistency, not volume
  • Tasks are behavioral (real-world actions), not digital clicks
  • Hard tasks require 5-day commitment with daily text check-ins
  • Direction balance cap prevents single-direction farming
  • Flash task limit prevents mindless tapping
Chapter 5

NUTY Token

5.1 Overview

nuty_overview.json
{ "name": "NUTY (Noventia Utility Token)", "total_supply": "1,000,000,000 (1 billion, fixed)", "inflation": "none", "blockchain": "Solana or EVM L2 (Arbitrum/Base/Optimism)", "launch": "After 100,000+ active app users (est. Q3 2027)" }

NUTY is the evolution of the Stars economy. When the token launches, accumulated Stars will convert to NUTY, preserving all value users have earned. The conversion rate is PoE-weighted — users with higher PoE scores receive more NUTY per Star.

5.2 Token Allocation

Mentorship completion50–100 NUTYPer cycle
Achievement unlock10–200 NUTYPer achievement
Daily consistency bonus1–5 NUTY5 NUTY/day

Daily earning cap: ~50 NUTY for active users.

5.5 Stars → NUTY Bridge

At token launch, Stars convert to NUTY using a PoE-weighted formula:

NUTY = Stars × BaseRate × (1 + PoE_Bonus)

PoE_Bonus scales from 0 (Newcomer) to 1.0 (Evolved). An Evolved user receives up to 2× the NUTY per Star compared to a Newcomer. This rewards real evolution, not early registration.

Pioneer Allocation: The first 100 users receive a dedicated allocation from the User Rewards pool with an enhanced conversion rate.

5.6 NUTY Utility

  • Streak Insurance — Pay NUTY to protect streak on missed days
  • Premium Themes — Unlock exclusive visual themes
  • Sticker Marketplace — Buy/sell/trade limited-edition numbered stickers
  • Quest Creation — Stake NUTY to create group quests
  • Event Entry — Premium seasonal event tiers
  • NFT Minting — Convert achievements to on-chain NFTs
  • Governance — Vote on new directions, features, and emission rates
Chapter 6

NFT Economy

6.1 NFT Types

Role NFTs — Represent your current identity role. Dynamic: minted when you earn a role, burned if you lose it. Tradeable for Stars.

Achievement NFTs — Represent milestones (first 30-day streak, completing all 10 directions). Soulbound — permanent, non-transferable. Your proof of accomplishment.

Sticker NFTs — Limited-edition, numbered collectibles with fixed supply:

StickerMax SupplyRarity
Tester50Rare
Bug Hunter100Common
Translator30Rare
Idea Maker50Rare
Content Creator50Epic
Ambassador25Legendary
OG200Common

Each sticker has a unique number (#1–#max), provenance tracking, and fixed supply that never increases.

6.2 Marketplace Mechanics

Users can sell Role NFTs for Stars and buy them back — but buying back costs more:

nft_spread.json
{ "sell_price": "100 Stars", "buyback_price": "150-200 Stars", "spread": "50-100 Stars permanently burned", "burn_rate": "permanent" }

This spread is the deflationary engine: more trading → more Stars burned → higher scarcity → higher value per Star.

6.3 Soulbound vs Tradeable

Achievement NFTs are soulbound — personal accomplishments that can’t be bought. Role NFTs are tradeable — selling means giving up the role’s capabilities for Stars.

Chapter 7

Seasonal Events & Group Quests

7.1 Seasonal Events

Four major events per year tied to real-world seasons:

SeasonNameDirectionsDuration
Spring“Spring Reset”Health + Environment3 weeks
Summer“Summer Push”Creativity + Social Impact3 weeks
Autumn“Autumn Focus”Learning + Finance3 weeks
Winter“Winter Discipline”Self-Discipline + Digital Hygiene4 weeks

Reward Tiers:

  • Bronze (30% completion): Event badge + 50 NUTY
  • Silver (60%): Event sticker + 150 NUTY
  • Gold (90%): Numbered event sticker + 500 NUTY + exclusive frame

7.2 Group Quests

Quest TypeDescriptionTeam Size
Direction SprintFocus one direction together3–10 people
Balance QuestCover all 10 directions collectively5–10 people
Streak ChainMaintain group streak with mutual backup3–7 people
Challenge QuestMedium/Hard tasks only3–5 people

Reward formula:

personalReward = baseReward × groupBonus × (myContribution / avgContribution)

Minimum 20% contribution threshold. Group bonus: 1.5× over solo rewards.

Chapter 8

Technical Architecture

8.1 Current Stack

tech_stack.json
{ "frontend": "React Native (Expo) — iOS + Android", "backend": "Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions)", "languages": "8 (EN, UK, DE, FR, ES, PL, PT, RU)", "auth": "Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In", "task_format": "v2 (timer + responseType)", "deployment": "EAS Build + EAS Update (OTA)" }

8.2 Blockchain Layer

Smart contracts will be deployed on a high-throughput, low-cost chain:

Solana — ~65,000 TPS, sub-cent fees, SPL tokens, Metaplex NFTs. Well-suited for frequent micro-transactions from daily task completions.

EVM L2 (Arbitrum/Base/Optimism) — Solidity contracts, broad tooling, Ethereum security. ERC-20 for NUTY, ERC-721 for NFTs.

Final chain selection will be made based on costs, ecosystem maturity, and user onboarding friction at time of deployment (Q1–Q2 2027). Architecture is designed to be chain-agnostic where possible.

Core contracts:

  • NUTY Token — Fixed supply with vesting logic
  • PoE Registry — Verified PoE scores and role assignments
  • NFT Contract — Dynamic role NFTs + soulbound achievement NFTs
  • Stars Bridge — Stars → NUTY conversion at TGE
  • Governance — Proposals, voting, execution

8.3 Oracle Design

PoE scores are computed off-chain (app backend) using behavioral data that must remain private. An oracle bridges this to on-chain state:

  1. App backend computes PoE from behavioral data
  2. Computation is hashed (inputs + algorithm version + result)
  3. Hash submitted to PoE Registry contract
  4. Oracle verifies hash against known parameters
  5. On-chain PoE score updated

8.4 Privacy

On-chain (public): PoE score, role, verification hash, NUTY balance, NFT ownership.

Off-chain (private): Task responses, reflection text, behavioral patterns, personal data. This data never touches the blockchain.

Chapter 9

Governance

9.1 Phases

Phase 1 — Centralized (now): Core team makes all decisions. Necessary during early development.

Phase 2 — Semi-decentralized (post-TGE): Community proposals, advisory voting. Team retains veto for security decisions.

Phase 3 — DAO (maturity): Full on-chain governance by token holders.

9.2 Voting

Voting power is PoE-weighted, not purely token-weighted:

VotingPower = NUTY_Balance × (1 + PoE_Score / 100)

Active users have disproportionate influence relative to passive holders. This is intentional — governance should be driven by people who are actually evolving.

9.3 Proposals

Minimum NUTY threshold to submit. 7-day discussion period. 3-day voting window. 60% supermajority to pass.

Chapter 10

Security

Smart Contract Audit — Independent audits before mainnet. Public reports. Bug bounty program.

Data Privacy — GDPR compliant. Data minimization. Right to export and delete. Sensitive data never on-chain.

Anti-Sybil — Device fingerprinting, behavioral biometrics, optional KYC before TGE conversion, social verification.

Manipulation Prevention — Anomaly detection flags bot-like patterns. Suspicious accounts suspended pending review.

Risk Factors

Regulatory — Token regulations are evolving globally. BVI Foundation structure mitigates but doesn’t eliminate regulatory risk.

Market — Crypto markets are volatile. No claims about token value or returns.

Technical — Smart contracts may have undiscovered vulnerabilities despite audits. Oracle mechanism requires trust in app backend.

Adoption — Product-market fit is not guaranteed. The “app-first, token-later” approach mitigates this by requiring proven adoption before token launch.

Team — The project is in early stage with a small team. Mitigation includes comprehensive documentation, modular architecture, and planned team expansion.

Chapter 14

Team

Noventia is designed and built with full-stack development, product design, and system architecture expertise.

Team expansion planned post-launch.

“Built with purpose. Designed for millions.”
